Billing
Prepaid credits, top-ups, fees, invoices, and refunds.
Vichar is prepaid: you top up credits and every request deducts its metered token cost.

- Minimum top-up: $20. A flat 5% platform fee applies to the top-up amount (a $20 top-up costs $21 and adds $20 in credits).
- No subscription, no monthly minimum: credits are spend-based only.
- Auto top-up: optional. When your balance falls below a threshold you set, the saved card is charged automatically.

- Invoices: every top-up produces an invoice you can download from the dashboard under Billing. - Failed requests are not billed: if a provider fails before completing the request, nothing is deducted.
Refunds
Unused top-ups can be self-refunded from the dashboard when all of these hold: the payment completed, it is the most recent top-up, it is within 14 days of the charge, you are the organization owner, and less than 20% of the purchased credits have been used. Eligibility is evaluated automatically when you open the refund dialog; ineligible payments show the reason.
Spend limits and caps
Beyond per-key limits, organizations have daily and monthly spend caps that grow with account age and lifetime spend (see Rate limits).
